How long is the program

The program as written is 14 weeks long but I know life happens! You can adjust your calendar to have the program go longer if you miss a workout or workout less than the prescribed workouts per week. You have access to the training platform for life and can put the program on your calendar as many times as you like.

How many workouts per week?

I program 3 days per week but if that doesn't work for you, you can adjust it to 1 or 2 and you will still get stronger! You have access to 2 live calls per week and the 3rd training day you complete on your own inside a use friendly training app

How long are the workouts?

They start out a little shorter (can be done in around 30 minutes) and later in the program could take anywhere from 45 minutes - an hour. It depends how much rest you need based on the load you are using and how many times you need to watch a demo video. The live calls are about an hour long since we discuss training topics and do more coaching and cuing

What equipment do I need?

The minimum required equipment is 2 kettlebells. Once you sign up you will get an email about how to pick the bell sizes that are right for you. Some clients end up ordering a heavier bell later in the program as they get super strong!

Can I use dumbbells if I don't have kettlebells?

Ehhhh we don't recommend this. Sure, you could. But this is a kettlebell program and I teach very specific technique for kettlebell skills. You will not get the same result with dumbbells.

How are the workouts delivered?

The entire program is available to you inside a training app. The workouts will be right there in your calendar in an easy to navigate app. You can move them to a different day if the Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule doesn't work for you.

The live calls will all be recorded and organized in the community platform so you can always follow along on demand if you miss a call or want to revisit one.

When are the live calls?

The live calls are held on Sundays and Tuesdays. We decide the exact times the week before we start based on a poll we do in the group. To give you an idea, last round they were at 9AM EST

What if I am in a different time zone than you?

We do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule when planning the live calls. We do a poll the week before we start and do our best to ensure that everyone can make at least one live call time.

What if I have a question about something in one of the workouts?

You can always ask any questions you have on the live calls. If a question come up between live calls, you have access to a group chat inside the training platform! This is a great place to ask any questions and to cheer on the other women doing the program with you! You have access to this chat for 18 weeks from your start date.

How long do I have access to the program?

Great news! You have lifetime access to modules that accompany the program to help you understand the why behind everything we are doing. These modules include key concepts that will get you moving really well and feeling confident with your training. You also have lifetime access to the training app so you can go through the program in there as many times as you like. Additionally you have lifetime access to live call recordings so you can go back through the program on demand.

You have 18 weeks access to the group chat and community.

How long before I start seeing results?

This is different for everyone because it depends on so many factors (where you are starting from, how consistent you are with the program, if you are eating/ sleeping enough),

But based on the hundreds of women that have gone through this program before you I can say that if you show up for yourself at least 2 days a week - at the end of 14 weeks you WILL feel stronger and more energized! A few weeks in you should already start gaining way more body awareness, start feeling stronger and have strategies to get yourself out of pain.

How do I know if I am doing the exercises correctly?

We will give you immediate individualized feedback on the live calls. Additionally you can submit a video each week for form feedback. Each exercise in the training app comes with a demo video of us demonstrating and coaching the movement pattern. We talk through common mistakes to look out for and give helpful cues to make sure you get the form right. We also always recommend filming yourself so you can watch it back and gain even more body awareness.

I have seen similar stuff in the past - what makes STHH different?

I created this program to fill a giant hole in the fitness industry. I have been in this industry for 10 years and no program I have seen is quite like this. This program allows you to get strong from home with really minimal equipment. It keeps your hormones and metabolism in mind so you can gain energy and get strong without adding unnecessary stress to your body and burning you out. It incorporates breathing strategies to make sure you are being mindful of your core and pelvic floor. It is the program I wish I had when I was started my fitness journey.
